Daytime Formula:

	Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, Cleansing, Relaxing and Tonifying Nighttime Formula: Take 3 capsules every night 30-760 minutes before bedtime with at least 10-20 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Not recommended for children. Cleansing, Energizing and Restorative Daytime Formula: Take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules, twice daily, with at least 10-20 ounces of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Children (6-12 yrs.) take 1/2 the adult suggested use. For best results, use periodically with Colon Cleanse.
