This product is excellent,
Ephedra free and also has no side effects.
It gives you a slight boost before your workouts.
That green tea extract really kicks in.
This stuff is very effective.
However, if you want to see results in 2 weeks.
It requires hard work
as in...
- high intensty work outs
- proper weight loss diet
People can not rely on this product on its own, and expect to sit down on their lazy butts and see results, they need to exercise!
