I know I shouldn't be writing a review on the first day but I thought I would anyways. I took my first pill this morning and had a light breakfast. Lemmer tell you that Firelean is strong. I was at work and couldn't even stay still. What's crazy is that I just stopped taking ephedra b/c I could no longer feel the energy but this Firelean w/o Ephedra has given me so much energy. Take it with caution!
